About Me
After spending many years working in finance, I decided to undergo a career change to become a therapist. I know what it feels like to feel stuck, lost, disconnected and discontented with work, relationships, and family life. My goal as your therapist is to help you live a more authentic, meaningful life. Together, we will help you gain deeper self-awareness, reintegrate lost or cut-off parts of yourself, and create a space to allow you the freedom to experience the full range of emotions. Whether you are navigating work-related stress or job changes, relationship challenges, symptom management or more general self-exploration, I will be with you every step of the way.
